Weekdays and weekends — I can’t be the only one that would like the order to switch… or maybe make the weekends one day longer. It seems like I veg out on Saturday and then rush to get things done on Sunday and bam we are back at Monday 🙂
Today’s motivational image quote was something that I saw surfing the web.
Over the weekend I realized that in order for me to tackle items I needed to quit being a bum and just start doing the small steps to reach the big goal. So naturally I went to my laptop and started making a list of mini-tasks to complete over the course of the week.
But even though I took the time to write down my plans/ make my list of things to do — I won’t reach them without Beginning. It is an actions and priorities perspective that is preventing me — I am not taking the needed actions. Everyone has different reasons on why they do not Begin, but my beginnings conflict with other matters, lack personal enthusiasm, or are blocked by personal fear..They are still items to be tackled.
So I am holding myself accountable to have things marked off — and I’m getting my tush back into “WORK” mode (on my non-work goals/projects). They do say that it takes 21 days to make something a habit…. Trust me the fire has been lit and I’m focused to achieving things and understand that my routine will have to change just to make sure things get done…I understand that every minute counts and I can’t waste my time being a bum.
